Designed for basic storage and data retrieval, this 2.5″ SATA III drive features sequential read speeds up to 500 MB/s and sequential write speeds up to 440 MB/s. Maximum read and write speeds can reach up to 520 and 450 MB/s, respectively. This storage drive uses 3D QLC NAND flash and features LDPC ECC technology, or a linear Error Correcting Code that reduces the chances of data corruption. The ADATA SU630 also supports S.M.A.R.T., TRIM Command, and NCQ technologies, and features a lifespan of up to 1.5 million hours.
