The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+ is a randomly generated action-shooter with heavy RPG and rogue-like elements. Following Isaac on his journey players will find bizarre treasures that change Isaac’s form giving him super human abilities and enabling him to fight off droves of mysterious creatures, discover secrets, and fight his way to safety.

Rated PEGI 16, this game features depictions of violence or sexual activity which look the same as would be expected in real life. It also features the use of tobacco, alcohol or illegal drugs, and the extreme usage of bad language.

The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+ is the second expansion to The Binding of Issac: Rebirth, a remake of The Binding of Isaac. The Nintendo Switch version includes The Binding of Issac: Rebirth and both of its expansions.
