Yamaha YAS-203 Sound Bar With Bluetooth And Wireless Subwoofer

The piano black Yamaha YAS-203 200W 2.1-Channel Soundbar System offers powerful sound for music and movies. This soundbar is equipped with dual 2.1″ full-range cone drivers, and includes an external wireless subwoofer for added bass impact. These drivers are powered by a digital amplifier that delivers up to 200W of power. Built-in Bluetooth 2.1 connectivity allows you to wirelessly stream music from other Bluetooth-enabled devices such as smartphones or tablets.

The Yamaha YAS-203 features digital optical and coaxial inputs for interfacing high-quality audio sources; an optical cable is included with the soundbar. A stereo RCA input is also onboard, which allows you to interface legacy audio sources. A number of included enhancements such as AIR SURROUND EXTREME, Clear Voice, and UniVolume technology are designed to provide enhanced sound quality.

AIR SURROUND XTREME
The YAS-203 employs AIR SURROUND XTREME, a Yamaha virtual surround technology that reproduces 7.1-channel surround sound with optimized imaging and rich presence. You can experience a realistic sound field, with clear dialogue in the front and dynamic sound action at the back.

Realistic Sound
The soundbar houses a digital amp and two 2.1″ cone speakers with large magnets to help ensure life-like sound quality. Its structural design allows the soundbar to perform with power and clarity in a slim-body chassis. Yamaha’s original advanced bass extension processing delivers powerful bass for enhanced performance.

External Subwoofer
This subwoofer features a large magnet, a front-firing configuration, Yamaha’s Advanced YST II technology, and a linear port to produce deep and smooth bass. Its wireless design offers placement flexibility.

Bluetooth Wireless Music Streaming from Your Smartphone or Tablet
Stream music from Bluetooth-compatible smartphones, tablets and computers. The YAS-203 can also be set in Bluetooth standby mode, enabling the soundbar’s power to turn on or off automatically for energy-saving convenience.

Clear Voice Makes Dialogue and Narrations Easy to Hear
Clear Voice raises the level of dialogue and narrations while maintaining overall sound quality. Movies and TV shows, sports commentary and news broadcasts are more clearly audible.

UniVolume Maintains the Same Volume Level
This technology maintains a consistent volume level between different channels, programs, commercials and input sources. It can be switched on and off.

Wall-Mountable Design
The YAS-203 can be mounted to a wall using commercially available hardware. A paper mounting template is included to assist with the installation process.

Use Your TV Remote
The YAS-203 offers a learning feature that allows you to turn the sound bar on/off and control its volume level using your TV’s remote control, giving you the convenience of using a single remote control for both devices.

TV Remote Repeater for Signal Transmission
Even if the YAS-203 blocks the TV’s remote control signal, the TV Remote Repeater on the back transmits the signal to the TV so operation is not affected.
